Updated: Jun 3

EASY BROWNIES

1 can black beans (drained and rinsed very well)

2 tbs cocoa powder

40g oats

¼ tsp salt

100g maple syrup/honey/agave

40g coconut oil (melted)

2 tsp vanilla essence

½ tsp baking powder

100g choc chips

Preheat oven to 180

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor and blend well. Then add in the chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased 8x8 pan (I line it with greaseproof paper)

Cook for 15-18 minutes (I likely gave them 20 minutes).

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before attempting to cut

IF they appear undercooked, place in fridge overnight and they will firm up.

PS If you're making these for others, why not keep the ingredients a secret until after they tell you how amazing they are.
