Black Bean Brownies

1 can black beans (drained and rinsed very well)
2 tbs cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
100g maple syrup/honey/agave
40g coconut oil (melted)
2 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp baking powder
100g choc chips
Preheat oven to 180
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor and blend well. Then add in the chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan (I line it with greaseproof paper)
Cook for 15-18 minutes (I likely gave them 20 minutes).
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before attempting to cut
IF they appear undercooked, place in fridge overnight and they will firm up.
