I specialise in supporting women over 50. I can help women over 50 feel the best is yest to come. You might be gaining weight and struggling to lose or maintain weight, find your energy waining, have had a midlife health diagnosis that is getting worse with age. My consultations are for you if you want to move from all this and want the tools to buck the societal expectation of slowing and declining health over 50, and instead install habits and lifestyle changes that bring energy, clarity, joyful movement and a maintainable healthy weight for many years into the future.
My Premier package will specifically suit women over 50 who have specific health or chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis; anyone with persistent digestive issues or those wishing to support an autoimmune condition, as well as those looking to enhance their health and wellbeing. Recommendations are not a replacement for medical advice; practitioners frequently work alongside medical professionals to support individuals’ wellbeing.
Whilst most of my clients are female and over 50, please do get in touch if you fall outside this framework as I may be able to help or refer you to a colleague.
Consultations involve longer initial appointments, or shorter follow up sessions. We meet either via zoom or in my Co Derry clinic to discuss your health concerns, goals and the steps that you need to take to work towards better health. The first consultation involves a very in-depth health assessment that will cover your family health history and your health from birth through to the present day. Follow up sessions enable us to review your progress and agree further gradual changes to your diet and lifestyle.
Your first full session (an initial consultation) will take 90 minutes. This is much longer than you would typically spend with a doctor because we look at all aspects of your health. Follow up consultations take 30 - 45 minutes.
My consultation packages (Thrive 50+) and programmes are specifically targetted for women over 50. The programmes eg Weight Loss Programme are either for a group of people or an individual but following a mainly single focus eg Weight Loss or Gut Health. The consultation packages are less specific and are tailored to suit the health goal or goals of the client.

If you book any of the packages, meal plans will be included as part of your recommendations if required but this is based on individual need and preference.

Yes, my in-person clinic is in Claudy in Co Derry. Clinic days are Wednesday and Thursday, Evening appointments are available but limited. Online consultations are via Zoom or my personalised platform.
Yes. My 12 week Happy and Healthy Weight Loss Programme is what you want.
The number of consultations required depends on your individual health issues. My aim is to achieve long-term results for you as quickly as possible.
For Weight Loss, you will see me once a week for a minimum of 12 weeks
For all other health goals, I offer two levels of support.
In most best results, my Premium Package of 10 consultations is recommended. For less complex issues, I may be able to help over the course of 6 sessions in my Classic Package.

I advocate a food first approach. However, if this is not possible, or if results can be achieved faster, I may recommend supplements.
Depending on where you live and circumstances, home visits can be arranged. However, there may be an additional fee to cover travel expenses.
Packages are paid for in advance and normally appointments scheduled well in advance. However, I know that unexpected things happen, and that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled and rescheduled. However, I ask that you give me 48 hours’ notice.
Often, I can identify factors that are contributing to your symptoms by taking a detailed case history. However, in some circumstances testing may be recommended so that I can develop a more targeted protocol to get to the root of the problem.
