Making changes to your diet and lifestyle can sometimes feel rather tedious and boring. I found my sessions with Janice entertaining and informative. I began to understand that my approach towards my diet, fluid intake, and fitness was jumbled and disorientated. Janice challenged this, and asked me to reflect on my own views on health. I really enjoyed her sessions and I have modified my diet and fitness in just a short time. Also, with loads of cooking recommendations and snack choices I found her food diary’s easy to follow and they felt self-catered to myself. Really changed everything for the better. Thanks Janice.
