In February 2020, I attended a Happy and Healthy Weight Loss course run by Janice in order to educate myself.

I have made small but significant changes and am now leading a healthier lifestyle, losing 7lb was a bonus.

After a miserable end to 2019 being poorly and having no energy, I had a good friend recommend Janice to me. I joined one of her small groups for weight loss in January and withing the first week was eating so well. I couldn't believe the difference, not having the feeling of wanting to snack and not having the 'fog' feeling. I noticed my sleep and enegy levels increase very quickly too. I recently attended a Health and Nutrition course which was run by Janice in Learmont Community Centre. We covered different topics over 3 nights taking in all aspects to living a happier, healthier life. The course was enjoyable and informative and taken by a very well organised and personable lady. I felt at ease to ask any questions that I had which were answered by Janice with patience and great knowledge of her subject. I took a lot of help and advice away with me which I now try to incorporate in my daily life. There are so many conflicting stories out there about what we should eat or not but I have come away from this course determined to eat better and more confident to make those changes in my life. This was a great workshop taken by a lovely lady and I want to Thank you very much.
Ps. A wee bonus from the course is I have lost 7 lbs from the changes I have made to date. Can’t be bad ! !

Making changes to your diet and lifestyle can sometimes feel rather tedious and boring. I found my sessions with Janice entertaining and informative. I began to understand that my approach towards my diet, fluid intake, and fitness was jumbled and disorientated. Janice challenged this, and asked me to reflect on my own views on health. I really enjoyed her sessions and I have modified my diet and fitness in just a short time. Also, with loads of cooking recommendations and snack choices I found her food diary’s easy to follow and they felt self-catered to myself. Really changed everything for the better. Thanks Janice.

I've been working with Janice for a while now. My aim was to lose weight but I've gained so much more. I have a much better understanding of my eating habits and how I can make healthy choices. Janice keeps me on track, encourages me and motivates me to achieve my targets. Now, as well as eating better, I am exercising more, sleeping better and have loads more energy.

Menopause and Weight Loss Client

From the initial 10 minute free phone call with Janice, I knew I'd found the right person.  I settled on the 3 session package.  I'd been feeling low in mood and energy for a few months and knew something had to change.  Janice took into account my busy lifestyle and young family and we agreed a plan, taking it a step at a time.  After only a few weeks, and some small changes I was already feeling better.  My mood improved and energy levels soared.  I can't believe the difference.  And I got so much information to help me make sure the kids are getting the maximum nutrition they need.  I check in once a month with Janice to keep me on top of things and she's always at the end of a text if I'm not sure of anything.
