How I Work

I work with clients on a face-to-face basis or online via Skype, depending on geography and the needs of the client.  I offer an initial 10 minute consultation by phone, with no obligation and no cost.  If you want to find out a bit more, let's talk and see what suits.

The One to One process is where I work with the client to develop an Individual Evidence based Nutrition, Lifestyle and Supplement plan.  We'll work together together to develop steps that will lead to achievement of the clients goals for example, more energy, weight loss, blood sugar balance, balancing hormones etc.   There are a number of packages available from a single Consultation through to a multiple consultations depending on the needs of the client.   Check out Prices and Plans if you feel this might suit and give me a call to have a chat.

Small Groups (2-6)

Group Coaching is ideal for a group of friends, work colleagues or family - people who are known to one another and have the same goals.   Its a great way to spread the cost and utilise the extra support that the group brings.  Included - goal setting, action plans, recipes, cooking demos. Areas we can work on could be:

  • Weight loss

  • Improve energy

  • Manage stress

  • Change eating habits 

Weight loss Programme

I have 8 years experience in weight loss consultancy and have supported 100's of people every year to achieve their weight loss goals.  Whether you want to lose a few lbs or stones I have the expertise to help you reach your goals.  This can be achieved either through the One to One or Small Groups listed above.  Typically the process would follow the steps below, however this will be tailored to suit individual needs.

  • 1x 1.5 hr Initial Consultation

  • 1x 1 hr Follow-up Consultation

  • 8 x 30 min Follow-up Sessions
