Christmas Magic
A 2 hour evening festive fun cooking workshop at Cumber House, Claudy. 
 
Christmas is a magical time, full of tradition, colour, tastes and smells.  Join me for my Christmas Magic event and you find out how your festive food can be delicious with the extra sweetness and decadence of the season but not the sickly feeling of over abundance.   
 
My Christmas cooking demonstration will transport you to your favourite smells and tastes of the  Santa season.  Expect lost of tasters for festive food and drinks and savour the full flavour of this magic season.  
 
You'll get a full Festive Recipe Booklet ( 25 recipes) that includes Christmas Porridge Bread, Oat and Almond Christmas Cake, Chocolate Truffles, Cranberry Oatcakes, Christmas Spritzers, Mulled Wineless, Christmas Crumble, Festive Granola and loads more. 
 
And as a wee bonus I'll have a Christmas bread mix for you to take home and make and a Christmas breakfast in a jar for you to take away.
