ONE TO ONE CONSULTATIONS

Each package includes a complete health analysis, individual nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan and follow-up coaching and consultations to ensure success.  Success = you feel 100 times better.

The Packages differ from my Power Hour as they provide you with a more indepth and ongoing service.  There is a high level of committment, ownership and above all ACTION.

 

The Package product will suit you if you want to see results and prefer a coaching style of support and level of accountability.  My experience shows that this is the best method for actually getting sustainable results.  I have helped hundreds of women regain their health confidence and I'd love to help you.

Package 1

This package gives my highest level of support across 6 sessions which can span up to 3 months.  You get mid week support and revision of recommendations as you progress.

1 x 90 minutes

1 x 60 minutes

4 x 45 minutes

  • Nutrition and Lifestyle recommendations tailored to improve your personal health challenges

  • Researched and individual supplement plan to complement your recommendations

  • Meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, book recommendations etc as neccessary

  • Testing recommendations if required

  • Two revision of recommendations, if necessary, at the 2nd and 4th consulation

  • Mid session access via What's App/Messenger

Package 2

This is a mid level package of 3 sessions that can span up to 6 weeks. Whilst there is no mid sessions support or revision of recommendations, this will suit if you are fairly confident about your health challenges implementing recommendations .

1 x 60 minutes

1 x 45 minutes
